View from the cabin porch

Reservations can be held by advance deposit. Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to check in. Deposits will be forfeited for no shows and late cancellations. Must have a valid credit card number on file for reservation even if paying by cash/check.

All cabins are no smoking. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of smoking inside cabin. (This is a very strict policy.)

Small pets are allowed with a signed waiver and a $35 per Pet, Per night fee.

Year Round Rates for All Cabins

$140 per night

$130 for 2 nights or more 

(Spring/Summer Seasons are a two night minimum.)

$800 per weekly

Rate includes use of a Wet Slip during stay, unlimited use of launch ramp, and cleaning fee.

SC taxes of 8% will be added.

Check -In is 3:00pm

Check-Out is 11:00am

We do offer an Early Check In or Late Check Out with an additional Fee of $25.00

Grilling and cooking supplies

Cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.

Extra towels

Personal items and toiletries

Boating and fishing gear

None of our Cabins are equipped with a stove or oven.

You may bring a Hot Plate or Ask to borrow one from the office.

Note: All of the above supplies are available for sale

or rent in the store, if you prefer. Snacks, beverages

and limited food service items are also available.

Any Cancellation (Cabin Rentals and/or Boat Rentals will have a $25 cancelation fee no matter the time frame.
